I mixed them both in a spray bottle for giving the bathroom a quick once over ie) for wiping the bath out when we've had a shower, and for cleaning the tiled surfaces. it seems to work fine and smells lovely too! i just put a squirt of Stardrops in a spray bottle of water then add a drop of Zoflora :D
  • Well I'm mopping the floor I use stardrops and put some zoflora in it as well. Belt and braces!
  • Rachie B Starpine is excellent disinfectent , smells so clean like a really old fashioned clean if you know what I mean.
I bought some from Home Bargains, its the only place I have ever seen it.

Zoflora is a disinfectant. For cleaning you need a proper fluid that removes stains and grease.

I use Zoflora a lot, but first do the cleaning and then pass a sponge damp with a solution water and Zoflora. You only need a couple of drops of it. I like the lavender scent. Once I found a large bottle of lemon scented Zoflora and that did the kitchen. Can't find it anymore so I stick to lavender.

A few drops down the sink drain now and then keep it fresh.
I've seen large bottles (think they are 'double' size) of Lemon Zoflora today in Morrisons - there were loads, £2.15. They only seem to do the Lemon in the large size for some reason. I got a bottle of Lavender 'Ibcol', which seems to be the same as Zoflora but made by Jeyes. It was about 40p cheaper than the Lavender Zoflora for the identical size.

Can you put some stardrops and zoflora together in the same spray bottle and dilute it so you can clean and disinfect and add a nice smell at the same time? I saw from RachieB's post that it's fine to mix stardrops and essential oils but wondered if anyone knows if it's safe to mix the stardrops with zoflora, as that's a lot cheaper thn the essential oils I've seen?

    Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Zoflora care information clearly states: DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CLEANERS

While you all may have posted in good faith ....

... do please READ THE LABELS ON THE CHEMICALS YOU ARE USING!!!!

If you take the time to read the Customer Care information on the box it clearly states:
DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CLEANERS
These products are thoroughly tested *before* being put into the marketplace - to ignore the warnings is neither wise or advisable.
Mixing some cleaners is known to prove FATAL.
Even if the mixture above has no affect on your physical health ... does anyone who is promoting this mixture know, understand or have tested the long term effects on the materials they are using them on????????

I repeat again, Zoflora care information CLEARLY states:
DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS

It's great for washing floors, adding to mops, etc steeped in bleech. Giving the toilet + sink a rub. Generally adding to cleaning agents which doesn't come near cooking or eating surfaces. (and I'm a man....it's just dawned on me, I've been brainwashed into a cooking and cleaning machine by my wife:o )
