Trying to pay Vodaphone bill!!!

Hi all, hope a member of Vodaphone WRT can help.

I pay my monthly bill online by debit card but paid late last time.
Now I need to pay the current bill but when I log onto the website Im not given the option to pay online, all I can do is see 'Demos' of services.

Iv tried calling the help line but it wont connect me to an advisor unless I enter my four digit PIN, I dont know this so cant enter it.

Although the automated phone system says it can help me if I dont know my PIN it then says it cant connect me to the team untill I enter the PIN, a little confusing!!

Iv used the web form to contact via the Voda web site but was advised to phone so am going round in circles.

The service on my phone was suspended as I was late paying the last bill but is operational again except for internet access.

If someone could arrange for me to be able to access the online website fully I will be able to imediately use the web site to pay the bill.

Many thanks in advance.
Kev

If its suspended, then the online will no doubt be suspended too along with any pin etc.
You need to call them from a landline number 08700 700191.

But you can also make payment via BACS, Post Office, credit card, post etc. as detailed HERE

    Update
Found the answer, clicked on 'Register' & hay presto my account came up.
Didnt try this first as having some knowledge of security protocols Im aware that this wont work on most systems & can result in problems as each user can have only one profile.

Someone told me they'd had a similar problem & how they got round it so I tried & it worked.

Thanks to OneAday but part of my problem was that as I dont know my PIN (Dont remember setting one) I couldnt use the telephone based contact system. I've now been advised by online help that due to a recent change the PIN can now be reset via the website after logon.

Thanks very much for the help everyone
