My OH told me that Pixmania is based in France and has bad customer service. I thought of ordering one until he mentioned that. Good luck people.0

All that plus I am sure law in the UK means if money is taken, a legally binding contract is formed. I believe they can be sued in court for "loss of bargain" (is the legal term) which would be the price difference between this and the cost of getting the TV elsewhere. Whether people can be bothered to risk taking them to court is another matter.
Although they state..........You have chosen to pay by credit card. Your order will thus be handled immediately.
As detailed in Terms and Conditions, your payment shall be debited when your order is confirmed...........
So they wont take any payment until it is processed. :-(“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

According to Google Shopping this TV should be £997 on Pixmania, still a good price compared to other retailers for the model. Someone's made a BIG mistake in their IT dept!Come ride with me, through the veins of history...

Once you have chosen your method of payment, you must pay for your order, which legally finalises the purchase agreement made with Pixmania
My confirmation email states that payment will be debited upon despatch. A contract isnt formed until despatch. I am led to believe.
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available
heard it a million times before- really sorry but due to high demand our stock system couldnt keep up with order yarda yarda yarda:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
