  • Bought one with paypal. Thanks for the link. Hope it works. First time I have ever been lucky to catch anything like this. Had the confirmation email. I dont think it can be an error if listed as 85% off.

Just made an order, paid by Paypal which they have taken.

I paid via paypal too, my money has gone from my account, half by paypal, half from my card as there wasnt the full amount in paypal.

As the money has gone does this constitute - payment being debited therefore a contract has been formed.

Trying to order but not accepting my address, says to change my country and the only option I have is United Kingdom . I live in N.Ireland, we have Currys here - did anyone else have any trouble at the address stage?

I had this problem and got round it by clicking on the basket on the right hand side of the screen, half way down the page, rather than in the top right hand corner if that makes sense.

If they'd have to refund the money (i.e. the money hasn't just been reserved against the credit limit - and it definitely shows up on the statement as a transaction) then I would say so.

I have to wonder if it did go to court if a judge would talk about what you would reasonably expect to pay for such a TV and kill the case based on that.
