    It doesn't matter whether the contract is finalized or not (order confirmation, payment taken etc.). If there is a unilateral mistake the agreement is considered void.

    This has been confirmed by court rulings over and over again. I don't know why people keep doing this. It was a mistake and it has been corrected.

    Look up 'unilateral mistake' on Wikipedia.

    join facebook and give consumer direct a call, use saynoto0870 to get the number itll take 5 mins to log it.

    only works it there is a middle man, this is different this is between the consumer and the company selling the goods.
