Hey, this is heating up isn't it! Shame the ney sayers keep coming back here to get their kicks. Did anyone get a copy of the terms when they ordered? If so i would be very grateful if someone could either post them on here or send me a private message. Thanks, Joe

It doesn't matter whether the contract is finalized or not (order confirmation, payment taken etc.). If there is a unilateral mistake the agreement is considered void.

This has been confirmed by court rulings over and over again. I don't know why people keep doing this. It was a mistake and it has been corrected.

Look up 'unilateral mistake' on Wikipedia.

only works it there is a middle man, this is different this is between the consumer and the company selling the goods.
