Help: Phone and net

Hi,
I live in a rented house rented out by an organisation. i dont have a BT line or an NTL or a telewest. its something else, but i do have a fone. i need to get a broadband over it and the free evening and weekend call packages. but my calls go through the organisation switchboard. and i cant make direct calls outside. so can anyone of u help me to get this problem sorted.

    No cable or BT line means you cannot go for any cable options or ADSL!

    Your only hope is wi-fi. Either to share with someone already connected, or if you are in range of any hotspots.

    It's a slim chance, but you could try these companies to see if they cover your area, here and here

    why dont they give broadband through telewest phone lines?
