I'm with Be* but not the Value package. The service and support is very good.

Im actually turning to Be Value for my internet.Ive just moved into a new flat with my girlfriend, and we are using the last week that the landlord had on his Sky broadband. Can I just order Be Value now and it'll replace the Sky one, or do I need to let Be know?

If your phone line is connected to Sky Broadband and you want to move to Be then you should get a MAC (Migration Authorisation) code from Sky, then when you have that, sign up to Be and supply them with the MAC code. That allows them to switch your provider with minimal downtime. If you were to cancel sky, then order Be without a MAC code then you could be offline for much longer.

I've been with BE for years. They've been great.

In addition, BE won't charge you more if you do over 40 GB. If you go over regularly they will just move you on to the Unlimited package.
When I queried that with them I was told they move you over the third time you exceed the limit.
