3 network USB Dongle

I have a 3 USB Dongle MF627. This came in a 3 Network box with a 3 Network Dongle booklet but a Gamma Telecom SIM. The equipment works great but how can I find out what useage I have left on the SIM.

I have tried logging on to My3 using the dongle - "service unavailable."

Tried using landline internet but My3 will not accept the Sim card details.


Any help would oblige.

No.

But it is a 3 (unlocked) USB dongle and the Sim works.

Gamma telecom is a completely different company to 3, you wont be able to login to my3 to check your usage, it would have come in a 3 box as they use the 3 network and just use their own branded sims.

Did you get it via your employer? if you did you will have to get them to set you up an online account. Then login at https://www.gamma-portal.com/index.jsp to check usage etc

If you got if from somewhere like ebay, you will need to get rid of the sim because the employer of the person you bought it off will be paying for your usage.
