    Then the parents are being naughty and should be stopped. Couldn't the store put up a barrier that is opened on a proof of purchase ticket or token? Anything to stop a PPC from getting involved and demanding their obscene "penalties".
    What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    They originally had a barrier where you got your ticket & thus your first hour free but then removed the barrier & made it pay & display (you still get your quid back at the checkout) however with the old system,you did'nt need to get your ticket scanned prior to exiting.
    They've shot themselves in the foot imho.
