Who are the cheapest dial-up ISP's at the moment?
Only a pay as you go style affiar will be, just need to get my Auntie on t'internet for the odd google search etc.
BT's 1p a minute isnt too bad, but the 5p minimum bit isnt nice and would prefer not to have it:cool:
Thanks

Pay as you go can work out very expensive, especially for someone who is not too familiar with the 'net.
Pay as you go will be roughly the same wherever you go.
Much better to consider a deal, such as that from Fast4
Use if for as much and as long as you like for a fiver a month.
It's been mentioned lots of times on here, and works very well.
Don't forget, you need to protect against premium rate diallers also!0 -
I used to use this lot http://www.freeuk.com
It was a while back, but they were very competitive and you used pre-purchsed credits which meant it was relatively easy to control your spend.
CS was also very good.
Like I said it was a while back so do some research into them first.0 -
The best deal for dial-up is without question https://www.Fast4.net
at £5 per month all-in it cannot be beaten. I was with them for 4years and although there were problems at peak times in the early days, this has disappeared with the migration to Broadband. However if you would like 10 times the speed of dial-up for the same price, check out this offer. £60 for 1yr. includes modem & connection, 512kbps Broadband.
