Halifax Common Finance sheet (Financial Hardship form) Reclaiming Bank charges

Hi there, I would appreciate some help here :)

I am currently trying to reclaim my bank charges back with Halifax. I told them that I fell under the financial difficulties catergory and they have since sent me a form (cfs) to fill out. The problem I am experiencing is that I have no idea how to fill the form out as I do not find the form clearly explained. There are a lot of BF nos (budget forms) cropping up and it is making me very confused. :( Has anyone filled out one of these forms before or know how to. Unfortunately I do not have the form to hand at the moment but I would be grateful for any advice.

Thank you! :)

When you have the form to hand and you have a problem with certain aspects of it then post up and we can help. The I&E form should be completed for ALL household income and expenditure and not just your own.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
