TalkTalk Mis-selling

Just had a TalkTalk 'salesman' (and I use that term loosely) at the door, claiming that broadband is free now with TalkTalk because they've just unbundled the exchange. I told him that was rubbish as the exchange has been LLU enabled for nearly 2 years, and I already had an LLU service. He kept asking 'are you getting it free though?'
He then went on to tell me that he was a friend of my ex-next door neighbour (he split with his wife) and was asking for her name. He then told me his friend was going to sign up with TalkTalk, but failed the credit check! He told me this as a complete stranger!
On this basis, TalkTalk are employing complete tubnuts to sell their product, and are mis-selling it as well. They are telling people a complete pack of lies and no doubt those without technical knowledge will fall for it. It's a disgrace. If a TalkTalk representative would contact me, i'll give them further details of area, time etc. You don't want these people representing your company.

Sounds about right for Talk-Talk, because that's all they can do is "Talk-Talk" and not deliver.0

I was mis-sold my service by Talk Talk. They denied it of course.
Don't touch them with a bargepole.0
