OPODO refund scam?

I booked car hire from them, and just as I was about to fly they said the car hire firm is fully booked, and they would refund me. They said 1-15 working days for the refund.

I've waited 20 days now, and no joy.

Is Opodo a travel agent or a bank?

Anyone else waited an eternity for the refund from these guys?
