    Re disability premiums and ESA

    I'm on ESA and get a premium :huh:
    You wont be getting a disability premium though. If you moved onto ESA(IR) having been moved off IS due to lone parent obligations they would have awarded the WRAG from day one of the claim though.

    EDIT to add: Until such time as WCA took place and was either failed or passed.

    no, you receive the highest of the three.

    They would receive all 3 premiums if living alone (some exceptions) and no one claims Carers Allowance for them.
