My rights with contract mobile phones?

that wasnt my letter firefox thats just information ive put together to give to trading standards. ive decided today to hold fire on the letter, i popped back in store and spoke to the manager to try alternative methods but nothing would work, but we both agreed possibly sending the phone to repairs knowing there is nothing they can do would be best, as they have the power to say exchange the handset for something else.

if after the phone comes back from repairs and the situation is the same then i shall write my letter to CPW. claming not of satisfactory quality and not as advertised, but at least in my favour it shows ive had replacement phones and even sent it off to repairs. you should see the loaner they have given me, some prehistoric alcatel seriously its amusing lol even the store manager was smiling about it.

Have you tried downloading Sony Ericsson's "Update Service" program and connect your Vivaz to your PC to check if it has the latest firmware?

My Vivaz has the latest firmware and YouTube works a treat!

yep ive tried happyhunter, problem is as far as ive been told youtube works great on branded phones, but as mine is a generic its not working and theres no firmware yet for generic
