I once did the phonelines for Comic Relief and had a chap phone up to say he wouldn't be donating any money and wanted to put all of the foreigners on a ship and sink it, he didn't realise that by simply making the call he was making a donation! It felt great to tell him that tho!
He was complaining that money wasn't spent as he saw fit and wasn't exclusively used in the UK (so it kind of fits the thread!)Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

The strangest complaint I ever heard was when I was behind a man at customer services in Morrisons. He'd brought back a disposable barbeque pack and his complaint was that there was no meat it! I don't know how the assistant kept a straight face as she ever so politely explained that the picture on the front was just to illustrate its' use.0

A friend of mine had a shop. One day an elderly woman came in and asked "How far is it to the bus station?". My friend pointed and told her, "Straight down this road - it's about a 10 to 15 minute walk".
The lady angrily demanded "Well which it is? 10 minutes or 15 minutes?".
Friend replied "Er ... that depends on how fast you walk".0
