I am due to upgrade Hubby's phone next month (it's in my name) and he's torn between the Sony Erricson Vivaz or the Satio. He's never really been fussed about which phone he gets (that's usually me) but this is the first time he's actually looking forward to upgrading his phone!

Any advice on which is better would be great. Obviously the HD aspect of the Vivaz is appealing but is it really worth it in a phone? He has just had a new iPod Classic for his birthday so won't be using phone for its music capabilities.

Thanks!

I have the satio, and well pleased with it, very early versions appeared to be beta, but the recent software edition is solid as a rock, the vivaz is a smaller form factor which may appeal to some, they both operate on symbian, so they will perform the same functionalities, videos are compressed so the video aspect will be clear on both, just need playnow arena movies to buck up their film range, don't mind paying for films. I have sygic 9 maps which is a satnav program and is as good as my tomtom, also have a traffic jam alert facility, loads of music on there and videos, and only half way through a 16gb memory card, just going to try the phone as an in car mp3 player .
