    OP has every right to her money back, she should get in touch with trading standards immediately, as thugs like this that sell things willy nilly need to be sorted out. I hope they get the police involved and give these traders a reet lesson in ethics, a week breaking stones on Dartmoor would not be amiss.

    To be fair, if the OP's query is legit then, given the stated facts, your post is absolutely abhorent.
