Bought a toaster from Dixons online?

Sorry, I know this is forum for TV but I don't know where I could put my question.
Bought a toaster from Dixons online, faultly and need to send it back for a exchange. Never received a receipt, but have phoned them and courier will pick it up and a exchange will be sent.
But I don't know the address where it's going to?
Once it's wrapped them again, then what? Would I be given a some doc to prove I have sent it back? Very confused?
Thanks

It could be a swap box, where your broken toaster goes in the plastic box that your new one comes in, best to check though0
