Removing add-on (3 network)

Can somebody tell me how to remove an internet add on from the 3 network?

On the website, using my "My3" account I can buy plenty more but I don't seem to be able to get rid off it!

Any ideas? :(

    Ever thought of phoning 3 and asking for it to be removed?

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Email them asking them to do it (and state you will not answer calls from them, and to just do it), or ring them up and ask them to do it.
