BT On Demand and Sky+ ?

Morning all
I just hoping someone can advise me of what may well be quite a basic question.
I currently have BT Vision and love the On Demand aspect of this but am increasingly missing Sky1, SciFi and other Sky channels.
I think I may have read in another thread that it may be possible to have both Sky+ and keep On Demand - is this correct and if so, what do I need to do to lose the freeview bit - and do BT get difficult about this ? We have all our comms through BT at the moment so depending on costs, may well move over to Sky.
Any and all advice would be appreciated.
TIA

I was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......

BT Vision on Demand is delivered via your broadband service, Sky via satellite, so no reason why you can't run both side by side if you want to.
Why do you need to 'lose' Freeview? It's there anyway from your aerial, it doesn't cost you anything. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Sky are launching an on demand service this summer0

BT Vision can run along side Sky+. They will just run through separate scart sockets if you are wanting them on the same TV. It might be better to move the Vision box to another room in the house which would be an alternative to multiroom with Sky. If you take your broadband over to Sky you will lose the BT Vision completely though as it requires BT Broadband.0

I have a BT vision service that I use for on demand only. I have to pay BT £2.99 a month.0
