Good news is that we have finally sold out flat!!!!:j We got an offer for our asking price on the 20th June and accepted straightaway. Now we're in the process of trying to find a house to buy which is really stressful. We've found one that we really like and it has lots of potential, and is a house that we won't grow out of which is is good because I don't think I ever want to move again! Anyway so we put in an offer on Friday and now we're waiting for the vendor to give us an answer. Fingers and toes crossed that he accepts because we really really love this house.
I've been on edge since Friday........0
