Result !!!
Today I received a letter from my local council (after my appeal) to say that the PCN was being cancelled.
What a result. I proved my point that the PCN was unlawful due to incorrect signage.
Thank you to all of you that helped,I appreciate your input.

Have they corrected the signage ?
If they have not the have the suspended enforcement at this location until corrective action is complete ?
These question should be put (from a ratepayer) to your councillor, the Head of Legal Services, and the CFO.0
