Problem With Virgin On Demand TV And Blank Screen?

Hi Everyone


We had V+ hd installed yesterday and have been experiencing problems with the On Demand service. When we were trying out the On Demand service (mainly TV, haven't tried music yet), the video starts to play but there is no picture or sound, just a blank screen, although
the menus still work. When going back to the normal TV channels, the menus also work but we don't get any picture or sound on them either. The only way to get the picture back is to reboot the box.

This happens every time and we have to reboot the box.

Could someone advise please?

I've noticed a few samsung v+ doing this. Switch it off and back on let it settle for a minute then go through the menus slowly and then try and watch a catchup tv program. After the first time it sucsessfuly starts playing something the box speeds up the next time you try. Failing that all you can do is call support
