£6 times 15 equals £90 gross wages. You will not receive any JSA

so basically they make you work for your JSA allowance,
you dont get JSA on TOP of your part time income....it kinda gets balanced off.

So sounds like you should either be fully unemployed on JSA, or you should be NOT claiming any benefits, and just working part time or as much hours as you can.
    correct?

The page you link to states the following:
You may get Income Support if you are one of the following:
    • a lone parent
    • on parental or paternity leave
    • a carer
    • a refugee learning English who arrived less than a year ago

Do you fulfil any of the above?

As terryw has stated, you will not receive any JSA payment if you earn £90 per week. However, you can still sign on for NI Credits.

You can't get JSA is you are fully employed. JSA stands for Job Seekers Allowance" - you are seeking a job.
