Connecting plastic outdoor water pipe to a tap

I've got a shed which has a mains water pipe running to it from the kitchen. It was connected to a sink inside the shed, but I now want to just run it to an outside tap that I'll fix to the side of the shed.

The pipe is blue plastic, 15mm internal diameter and 20mm external diameter. Does anyone know where I can get either a tap that will connect directly to the pipe, or an adapter to15mm copper so I can fit a conventional tap?

Any decent plumbers merchant will stock adapters.

Or try a DIY shed if you want to pay double.

just stick a bit of 15mm copper pipe inside it and secure with two jubilee clips.
then continue to plumb as normal from there on.

Indeed, that's what I just tried. But it leaks a bit even with about 2 inches of pipe hammered in - and jubilee clips aren't strong enough to compress the pipe (broke one trying!)

You need a 20mmx15mm reducer/adaptor.
