Problem with Orange

Is anyone else having problems with orange? Just spoke to a customer on my landline and he said my phone was coming through as number unobtainable:eek: Customer services are predicatably busy but just wanted to see if anyone else was having the problem or just me.

    My phone has full network coverage (N4), but says: No Access

    Can't get hold of anyone at Orange, nor do any of the numbers on saynoto0870 let you get through... just get a dead line tone.

    Hope this is not going to last too long. Got people to call, places to see, things to arrange - and am paying monthly!

    Noticed also that online my account does not have my usual name against it, but instead says: 'Bscription Status Active'

    what the heck!?

    ...using a SIM they gave me two years ago. I resisted in putting in another one they sent me after a a year (had the suspicion it will go to all sorts of online services, for which I would be charged naturally).

    So continued to use the exsisting SIM. Perhaps its time to put in the new (not so new anymore) one.

    just heard from another 2 mates on orange and they are all in the same situation - contract or payg, new sim or old sim its seems orange is down:mad:
