laptop could not do without & would do same again, even now! Fab week in Newy York (paid for us both!!) was fab & I'll never forger it...just wish I hadnt got that Tiffany ring while hands were hot as it doesnt fit & cant quite bring myself to sell it because it was a lifetimes ambition (silver & £120 before people panic that I went REALLY nuts!!)...I dont regret either but do look at the hole of a ktchen I own & wish I had been wiser with funds generally - most of stuff now sold on ebay or at car boots!

    Hi James
There is no magic formula here just that we have big payments to our debts and we try and overpay when we can afford to. We have a healthy income between us-
    OH Salary : £2400
    My salary : £1700
    child benefit : £163
    other oncome variable - overtime/extra shifts/other income £900

    Total : £5163 max

We manage to put between £1400 and £2800 onto our debt each month, looking at that figure now I don't know why we can't afford to put more on!

I bought a Tapwave (basically a Palm with a nice screen, and you can play games on it) - it cost me 150quid, and I bought it on credit. Was silly of me, but it comes everywhere with me and is totally indispensible.

My degree and a fistful of assorted qualifications. I worked really hard, am very proud, and no one can ever take them away from me.

Downside is that I'm over-qualified to do menial work (hence temping) and under-qualified to do what I really want to do!

However, I am remedying this by getting .... more qualifications! Only this time, DFW stylee.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Xmas Saver!
tho lots went in to the house etc i don't in any way feel guilty about that, it's all an investment.

however i do feel like my £750 27" lcd hd sexy on a stand samsung was a little heavy on my credit card...especially as it's now hooked up to only my dvd and used as a stereo since i cancelled my sky and tv license less than three months after buying it!

it was partly paid by an insurance claim on my old tv after it met a soggy end on a date with a vase of flowers
