  • What a superb offer! The delivery discount code seemed to take off £6 for me (I entered that code first). Also one of the items I ordered (the duvet set) was buy one get one half price. So in the end I got two duvet sets for a double bed and four pillowcases as well for £0 - so long as the order arrives and doesn't get cancelled!

And how wonderful to have people who have ACTUALLY been asked to moderate the boards clarify the situation, rather than just a wannabe :D

I am now a little concerned that if this gets 'very' (lol) popular then it means they will sell off thousands of pounds worth of stock for nothing and its possible some may not go through.

    Please also note:
Very.co.uk charge full amount and then refund the saving.
If you spend £10 before the codes, they will take it off your card and then ADD the discount back to your card.
Note sure why that do that, but they always have!

Unless you can cofirm where the code came from this might not be such a great deal, just read this on another fourm... WARNING

"Do Not Use These Codes !!!!! I Was Using Codes Sent Via Email And The Next Thing I Knew I Had The Fraud Department On The Phone And They Claimed Back Every Voucher I Have Ever Used ..........................i Will Tell Everyone I Know Not To Use These As They Are Scamming T**ts Who Let You Use Them Then Claim Them Back Even Down To One I Use 2 Years Ago And I Didnt Even Hold A Account With Them And It Was A First Order Code ...beware They Have The Ability To Ruin Your Life Charge You 12.00 Per Phone Call"

If the code was not intended to be used by you, trust me they will take the money back week even months later,

Along with linking to codes, namecalling is not acceptable on MSE.

I am not arguing with someone who seems to think they are above the rules.

Simple answer - thread reported to Abuse. ;)

Your right in all your posts. BUT.....

How about lightening up a bit, they way youve spoken from the very first post, isnt particulary friendly and regardless of how many postts youve got doesnt give you the right to be an goon about it.

I want to enjoy it but is this the company that asks for the money at a later date?:o(I'm a scaredy cat can you tell?:rotfl:)

well allegedly they might but i have used some codes and i have not received a phone call or letter about it (yet, lol).
i always make sure i buy stuff that is slightly more than the amount for the code, so i actually pay some part of it. :D
thus they actually make some money off the order. if i dont need it, i dont buy :)
