    Unfortunately it's not just as easy as that.

    Some of you or the Op won't like what l say but it seems the OP knows he won't get in if he admits it....

    I'd just put it down and deal with what happens, what's the point of worrying you'll get found out and kicked out on arrival in the US?

    ETA: wiki answers says assult (sic) is not covered under moral turpitude.
