Mobile internet access an update needed on what's out there please...

I have just reached the end of my first mobile contract with 3G so I can move to another supplier. I use a laptop with a sim built in and there is no restriction on this, so I don't need a dongle although I have a couple in the drawer.

In an ideal world I would like a PAYG deal that I can top up and use until it runs out but the PAYG all seem to expire after a month or so. I am not a big user and I also have access to BT Openzone and Fon. I use Quidco so any deals with cashback are welcomed....

Any ideas gratefully accepted:)

Your primary concern should be "will it work where I need it to?" Not all will. If you were happy with your old supplier then most will offer a very good deal to stay - I started with Vodafone £15 a month for 12 months less £90 Quidco - £7.50 a month. Come renewal time I just phoned and asked what they could offer for me to stay with them. They offered £7.50 a month. Quidco cashbacks on mobile BB aren't as generous now as they were a year or so back.
