Ryanair Help (Again!)

Hi

Due to the volcanic ash situation, my flight and then rebooked flight at 11am and 16.50 today have both been cancelled. My return flight was on the same booking for Sunday.

I've been on the website trying to change my outbound and return flights to next weekend. However I'm unable to as the website presents a problem in rebooking the return. So I can't change the outbound flight because it's actually later than the return which cannot be changed as it's not yet cancelled.

Just tried the call centre a few times but get cut off each time with no luck. If anyone has any advice about how to proceed from here I'd be most grateful.

Edit: All sorted now. Seven minutes to get through to Ryanair once I was placed in the queue and they changed my flights to next weekend free of charge (both of them) with no fuss at all. Excellent service from the agent.

It's the End Of The World As Prophesised - snow, earthquakes, volcanoes and now Ryanair being reasonable :eek:
