It’s one extreme or the other, to start with I had the odd lazy day but was really busy, it’s flipped the other way lately though! 10k is good on lockdown I think Vix 😬
Jessy I’m not sure I can rely on motivation anymore, the thought of putting on loads of weight is not good though, I might rely on vanity 😆
Everything on the list is done today except tea loaf and meal planning which I’ll do tomorrow. Managed almost 16k steps today after walking to mums to collect a few puzzles from the drive. I’m quite worn out after a more energetic day, that’s not great really!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁7 -
I'm probably averaging 1k steps per day (no fitbit, so I am in blissful ignorance!), there are only so many steps you can take inside a 1-bed flat! Having said that, I didn't do any exercise before lockdown so I can comfortably say I've not got much worse - whoops 😂!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Lazy day today and an early night on my new memory foam mattress topper 😍 it seems to be the best £48 I’ve ever spent as well as being very comfortable, the bed is now fabulously high 😆I’ve checked the Xmas pots today and there was less than there should have been in there, I’ve got cash at home so I’m allocating some of that plus I’ve transferred £100 to the current account and will offset some more cash in the tin for birthdays, no point in having loads of cash I can’t use right now and nothing in the bank! So an op made today of £10.06 and exactly £150 left in personal spends for the month which is partly from the extra which was birthday money anyway.I’m hoping to start reducing food spends a little now as slots seem to be available everywhere Weekly (even if I have to stay up very late to get them) so I may try and use a bit of what we have, I don’t feel quite as worried as I did at the start. We still don’t hold masses of fresh and frozen as we only have one average sized freezer.Dh said work is going ok, they are fairly busy and getting new orders so I’m very pleased. I just hope they keep ds2 on after all this and of course me too hopefully!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁8

Oh yes a big improvement thanks vix, I am hoping it’s cured dh of waking me up every morning at 6am getting out of a creaky bed, he slept late today 😁
Curry tonight and homemade nan and improved mint raitha, getting better each time now hopefully. I don’t think I will ever buy boil in the bag or rice pouches again (except for take to work lunches for the boys perhaps) as I’m now making perfect rice, I bought a 5kg bag of basmati so it will last a while and so much cheaper. I don’t know why didn’t bother before, laziness I guess.Dh finally checked an old bank account today after dd has told him for months she is using a now tv account in his name, he insisted she is wrong but low and behold he has! He has been paying £8.99 pm for movies and £11.99 for entertainment passes since last year, how can you not know this?! It’s cancelled now, but really 🙄MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁5 -
Men 😡! At least there was enough in there to keep making the payments and not bouncing! I don't think I could go that long without checking an account though - obsessed, moi 😂?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Oh yes, I didn’t even realise thanks Vix and Listerbelle, apologies to those who have had to suffer the drivel at points over the last ten years 😂 might have a look back later and make myself sad for the times when the kids were little!Hi SC, it just doesn’t compute you would never look at your account 😱 thank goodness he has no interest in any of it and I run everything!
Sad news today, looks like an eleven year old has been shot and injured a few roads away inside a house, we heard the helicopters circling for ages late last night, it’s horrible.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁6
