I'll run a study here in Glos tonight on prosecco with raspberry vodka in - will see how it compares to just prosecco! :D:D

Ah, so that's the perception of society ... scientist = respectable endeavour as conducting an experiment to investigate the effects of copious amounts of Baileys on the human digestive / nervous system. Same experiment but a musician carries out the test = irresponsible p*** artist... Knew I should have paid more attention in Chemistry now.

As for this evening there'll be no prosecco here tonight, we're old fashioned and will be having Champagne. :)

    I don't like champagne - hence why I'm having prosecco :D

All results due in tomorrow morning please :rotfl::rotfl:

My restful nye indoors has been shattered- ds 2 has been invited to a party tonight! To be fair it's a couple of miles away and he is getting taken and collected by his friend's parent. Incase of emergency dh can get him as he is not drinking he feels ill, its lucky as I have already had three proseccos (i.e. The cheap stuff Alex :p) as I'm making the most of my last night as a lush.

I thought it was too good to be true not having to wait up for any of them tonight , ds1 is at an away game and due home soon and dd is at her boyfriend's. Oh well!

    Happy new year all 🍸

    Happy new year :D

Just checked into my mortgage account online and it says it has a zero balance, I guess they update the balance on the first of Jan, it did give me a shock at first.

The budget for January is :

    £300 food, drink and pets

£100 petrol, toiletries and cleaning, plus all other miscellaneous stuff

    £50 personal spending money

If I can stick to it we will have one months usual budget not spent i.e. £660 not put on the cc, which will be saved for spending later in the year. I think it will be tricky to stick to a £660pm budget for 2 years.

Weigh in this morning and I'm exactly 1 stone lighter than I was this day last year. (So I've put on a few lbs in December :() target for the year is to lose 2 stones more.

Off to do the washing and clean the house, ready for her most important night for years - the first episode of the new series of Sherlock :j:j:j:j:j:j

    Thanks Alex, you too :)

First day doing the healthy eating plan and I've had loads to eat :o however it's all salad, homemade fruit salad mini pots, wholemeal pasta etc. I thought I'd do a week or so eating how much I feel like of stuff like that and then reduce the amounts down to what I need to lose weight, less of a shock to the system that way. No alcohol for the foreseeable and there is an opened nearly full bottle of prosecco sittting in the fridge looking all lonely, it might have to go down the drain :D

Don't mean to sabotage you newgirly but I have seen many facebook posts showing there are more calories in a banana than a glass of prosecco :D
