Hi smlsave and GG thanks for popping by
Things are not seeming very positive, I have a feeling the landlord will change his mind at selling to us at £200k , I don't blame him at all really , a unit has just gone up in the same area and same size but not as new as ours for £350k  it would just be nice to know either way really.
I tried to talk to dh about an alternative plan but he can't see there is one except walk away from it all. On the upside we have just got a couple of good jobs in this week.
Payday yesterday (last pre pay cut one) and I've paid £2189 off the ccs, I've managed to pay a lot more off by keeping the spending down to £211 on the cc in the end, very pleased with that but not to be repeated soon!
I have been meaning to post my annual financial plans but have been too tired each night, hopefully I'll stay awake tonighthope everyone is ok , I've not been keeping up with diaries as much as I would like to.

Oops, it's been a few days again.
I had a lovely night out last night with the girls, a curry and boogie on an actual light up dance floor, it's classy here in essex :rotfl:
Today I've been out with dh to spend the voucher the girls gave me for my birthday (bit naughty opening it early!) I bought a pandora charm for the bracelet I have.
Tonight we are out for a meal with my best friend and her hubby, think it's quite posh, so hopefully not too expensive!
Tomorrow I'm having Sunday lunch at mum and dad's then I've booked Monday off and am out for a pub lunch with mum, very spoilt!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

Thanks for the birthday cakes and wishes eveyone
I had a great birthday, too many presents from the kids and dh, including a poem from dd and a memory box of old photos of me she had rounded up from friends and family and even old school reports!
I have been given money by my parents that might pay for a weekend away and dh also booked tickets for us to go to the goodwood revival car festival in September, I've been very lucky
Money wise I have spent a lot as I paid for lunch for myself and two friends at a local place yesterday £75, plus had to buy two pairs of school shoes. I need to have a full round up of everything and do my yearly plan which was supposed to have been posted a week agoI have no excuse I i did book the whole week off work in the end, although today has been wasted as I felt sick all day on the sofa, typical!

You know you can ask that if your ill on holiday time you can ask to have the day changed to a sick day and recoup your lost holiday? Is worth a try!
Hope you feel better soon to enjoy your birthday week to the maxCurrently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

I don't think that would go down too well smlsave, lovely idea though
working for my dh for me is kind of the reverse of favouritism, no special treatment :rotfl:
Feeling a bit better today, cancelled our family birthday meal out yesterday and had a takeaway instead (thought Indian would kill or cure and I feel better!)
We are still on tenterhooks re buying the building, all will be definite one way or another by the end of this month  I feel a bit lost on the mf journey at the moment, it's five years this month since I started.the cc clearing is going well and they could all be cleared by June or alternatively I could let the one with the longest 0% term run until the end of the deal and start oping the mortgage again soon.
It's a bit overwhelming knowing we have to keep to the short term we have left, I'm going to have a look today and make some decisions.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Hoping for the right decisions to present themselves.0
