Anyone know when this phone is out, ideally on Orange?

The only place I've seen it is with !!!!!!!!!!!!! which has lots of negative reviews so I'm dubious of them.

Can anyone confirm if this has a full keyboard or just a standard number pad ?

The Monte has launched. I've just checked the upgrade stock and it's ready and waiting.

Jon, I think theres three versions. The touchscreen, a slide one and one with a keypad too. Not sure if the latter two are on sale anywhere yet though.

Thanks. I didn't explain myself very well!

I meant the touchscreen version. I saw a preview where they stated that the preproduction model they'd been sent only had a standard 3x4 pad and no qwerty. Which they thought was a bit odd for touchscreen phone ?

I've looked around and can't find any video reviews that show the keyboard in use ?

The Genio is like that, and I would assume the Monte is a contract version of that. It wouldn't surprise me at all as the Tocco had the same keypad too.

AFAIK it doesn't have an on-screen qwerty keyboard, which is just daft.

It still says coming soon on the orange website plus it seems to be only on pay monthly too.

cpw had the phone for £99. then you had to buy a £10 top up but for some reason they've removed it the only bad reviews i read was that it didnt have qwerty keyboard
