No they shouldn't. Posts have to be 10 characters long. Thanks though. :rolleyes:If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -

Eh has 2 letters, Yes has 3 letters, Affirmative has 11 letters!
'taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwenuaitnatahu' has a few more letters, but New Zealand hills are about as relevant to this thread as 'affirmative'.0 -
Surely, then, since posts have to be 10 characters long, someone should have posted the 10 letter answer...

I must remind users that our overriding rule here is to "Please Be Nice To Other Moneysavers".
Whilst users may not always agree, there are ways to present a point of view without being abrupt or rude. If we see this happen again in this manner we will simply remove the offending posts.
We're all on the same side here, fighting the corporate world, so a civil question should get a civil answer amongst like-minded folk.

Are they allowed to do this?
I also just received this communication having recently moved to them from Scottish power.
As per their communication, they do give you 2 weeks to contact them and if you choose to move supplier and they will only charge you at the old rate.
Even with the increase my checks show their online tariff is still a minimum of £100 pa cheaper for me than anyone else so i am happy to stick with them for now0
