Best broadband for my area

We just exchanged contracts and are moving to BS32 9DN in May. I am looking for a decent broadband provider in the new area. Don't really need a landline phone but I guess I will have to have it. The speed of the internet connection is important, as well as reliability of it. Unfortunatelly it seems none of the fibre optic packages are available in the area and the only LLU provider is TalkTalk who don't have good customer rating.
We're currently with BT (phone line) and Virgin (broadband) and are quite happy with them apart of the price (£11+£17) and slow Internet - I can't even listen to Spotify or watch Youtube videos most of the time. That's a different area from where our new house is though.
BE Broadband are not available in the area, Plusnet state the max speed can be 3.5mbps which doesn't sound a lot. Who would you recommend to go with?

My internet speed is currently 0.3Mbps and similarly I cannot watch youtube videos or use spotify. I'd love 3.5Mbps speed0

I would say one of the entanet resellers if your not in a LLU area.
Some Entanet resellers:

http://freeola.com/

http://www.adsl24.co.uk/
I am currently moving also but my new house is in an LLU area, and if were not for the fact i can get cheaper BB with 02, I would be taking my UKFSN BB account with me.0
