Remember to come back on here and tell us how long it took to actually get your money back into your bank.

If there actually is an airline in the us called ryan air then they hide themselves quite well on the internet.0 -
Surely they have no choice but to give the refund. They haven't provided the service paid for. I know it isn't their fault but they haven't taken the passengers from A to B.If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550

Took us about three months to get a refund after they left us stranded the other new year. I won't fly them again ever - point blank.Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0

That's good to hear, pickle. But shouldn't they just be doing that anyway. It's still not great to be surprised that you're actually getting good customer service. It should come as standard!"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
When we got stranded we didn't even get an apology - I'm guessing they charge a tenner extra for that!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0

I find Ryanair to be fair - they pay compensation when they need to, and follow the same rule for everybody.
It took them an amazing 48 hours to get money back into my account, which I found amazing in comparison to other places (3 weeks Argos!)0
