Best place to change money back?
Comments
-
I have some Hong Kong Dollars and Euros I found recently in my money belt and now that the pound is weak I thought this would be a good time to change them back as I won't be using them in the near future.
However I was wondering whether there was a better alternative to going down the Post Office as I originally intended. Anyone help?
Your best bet is to check Martin Lewis's comparison site, http://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/buy-back/ and it lists which places give the best rates for currencies that you want to sell. i usually use www.thomasexchange.co.uk The Sterling is weak so its a good time to sell currency and you may even make a profit! STAY AWAY FROM THE POST OFFICE, THE RATES ARE TERRIBLE!!!0
