I've got everything crossed for you Suzy.
Nice to see Cat back.
My SIL is stuck in India on at least a 72 hour delay - he's trying to get a flight to Paris to get Eurostar but so is the rest of the world! Both DDs are off to a health spa on Sat so I can see me having a little visitor or 2!
My friend's daughter is stuck in Amsterdam having flown in from Uganda. Next flight available is Monday so the company are trying to bus them to Eurostar too.0 -

eerrmmm i wonder what times that would be?
I must have missed every time he had that mastery because every time I have heard or seen anything of him he comes across as a buffoon.
.... must resist the urge to google these thing to see if i can find anything that fits this statement, mainly because i know it would take me all year to find anything that closely relates to him being a fact master. closest i can think of is him being a bat fastardDrop a brand challenge

Feel really odd, just answered the phone to my sister. She is popping over later to see Mum (as she does every week, for two hours on the same day) She thought I would be out and I could hear the surprise in her voice when i said I wasn't going out till later - she actually sounded really disappointed that I would be there.
I know its all true, I know how with feel about each other - a complete lack of understanding on both sides, a real big resentment on my part and we only really spend time together cos of Mum, each holiday I say we should go out - eat lunch/cinema each time she says know so I settle for a quick trip to a local nursery as our family outing.
It just hit me just now we won't ever be close,I am not making it up - its not me and I can't see it being fixed. far to much has gone wrong and that is just so sad.

I'd say that it's her loss. She'll never know you for the wonderful, caring & supportive friend that you are.DFW Nerd Club #545 Dealing With Our Debt

Buffy, i know how you feel. I've never been close to any of my family - including my mum - who only told me a couple of weeks about that she's becoming a Australian citizen, the ceremony is in Aug and my sister is going out to it. I wasn't asked if i wanted to attend.
I've got friend who i would turn to before i would tourn to family, as they are the only people how i know i can rely on - sad, isn't it.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!
