Site and IE8

Not sure if its just me, but for the last couple of days the top section in IE8 is all wrong and doesnt display properly, adding the site to the IE8 compatability list and it again displays properly.
Its the top section with the 'Home', 'card loans', 'Reclaim 1'000s' etc that seems to be the problem, its just displays as a list down the page.
