Why cant anyone with any sense of security just have a minimum password requirement themselves of:

One Capital
10 Letters
One Number

This would cover most websites anyway

ICICI now require a symbol as part of your password, which some password experts say is a safer option, Sainsbury bank on line don't allow a symbol

...and I was making the point that it doesn't matter precisely what format the password takes, as long as it's secure and individual.
