Cheapest UK Network For International Texts & Calls

Hi

I want to text and call some family in Pakistan on their mobiles, i was thinking Carphone Warehouse's Mobile World SIM would be the cheapest because there charging
20p/min (mobile) and 15p/text.

I'm currently on o2, but they charge £1.50/min and 20p per text. or they have a bolton where the mobile calls cost 60p and 20p texts.

Does anyone know the cheapest uk mobile network for making international calls and texts ??

AFAIK (correct me!) Virgin PAYG charge 15/5 p/min for calls to 0844 numbers.
If you have contract with O2, you can use inclusive minutes to call these numbers. If you are on PAYG you can use these numbers too, but this is more expensive than with Virgin.

The One are you talking about Contracts or PAYG here.
