I ordered some bedding in the sale last week, delivery was quick and I saved an absolute fortune - superking duvet reduced from £80 to £24 and pillowcases were less than half price as well. Went through nectar e-stores to get double nectar points too! Have ordered the single duvet/pillow set this morning without any probs. Have to agree with the slow site though - very annoying, but worth the wait to save SOOOOOOO much money.

Ordered last night but unfortunately was too slow. Got email from them this morning saying that the duvet, mattress protector and other stuff Id ordered was no longer in stock. Oh well.

I think even if you have the first e-mail from them it's not definite until you get the invoice confirmation which is sent out around the time of despatch. Well at least I think that's they're trying to say in the first e-mail you get from them!

"This is not order confirmation or order acceptance by us. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the order invoice which takes place as your product is shipped from the warehouse."

I too haven't received a confirmation e-mail. I wouldn't worry yet, it must just be delayed!
