BAB UK, please advice

Options
Hi,

I'm a neewbie so not really sure what I'm doing and if I have put this post in the right place.

In Sept 09 I received a call from BAB UK claiming that they could reclaim all my cc charges for 49.99, stupidly I agreed to this and over 7 months later I am still being fobbed off with excuses as to why nothing has been resolved, apparantly they have requested all charges but everytime I ring them they tell me that they will have in an answer hopefully in the next few weeks.

What i really want to know is would it be ok to just forget about them and start a claim myself with the templates on this website, not sure if my previous dealings with BAB will affect this??????

any advice would be really appreciated,

thanks

There is already a thread on this topic so send a letter recorded delivery to their address requesting a written response as to how your claim is being dealt with. Then state that they have 7 days to respond or you will complain to the Ministry of Justice and that you will require a refund of any fees paid.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
