migrate to lixxus or stick with madasafish?

Currently im with madasafish for 512kps at £17.99 a month. I have no problems with madasafish at all, but for that price I could get much faster broadband. The maximum bandwidth i've ever used is 20Gb which was months ago.
I found a company called lixxus, they have a package called ADSL StartFlex with a 1 month contract. It has a speed of "up to" 8Mb broadband for £13.99 a month which includes 1Gb usage, but it is capped at £17.99 for up to 30Gb usage, but they charge £15.99 to regrade from 512 to 8Mb.
So that really makes it £17.99 a month for 8Mb broadband for 30Gb usage.
Also for £17.99 is 8Mb unlimited broadband from Tiscali on a 12 month contract.
I have been given an offer by madasafish for 8Mb broadband with 20Gb usage for £17.99 with a 12 month contract.
What do you guys think would be the better option?
Cheers
