Got my speakers today and they is goosed. I've only dealt with Amazon a couple of times but each time has been superb. Judging by the refunds and returns policy people are mentioning it seems they are pretty good at that too.

No joy with the new batteries so applied online to return the goods. Another big thankyou to Amazon as they have shipped a replacement already AND supplied a printable address label which includes all postage costs.0

I was just thinking the same thing!
Why would anyone want to buy from eg. Toys R Us or PC World & get a load of grief/utterly terrible staff attitude with returns/faulty goods when you get the exact same stuff from Amazon (perhaps cheaper) with such a swift customer service?

Mine arrived today - using it as I write - mouse luxury in comparison to a prehistoric compaq mouse tho took me time to notice the connect button underneath it + i MISS THE caps lock light on the keyboard - speakers tinny, subwoofer not much good - but can't complain as they were free - you can turn the mouse off with the connect button to save batteries - to earlier q - there is a headphone socket on the sub woofer. My launch keys - winXP sp2 work fine - so many thanks - wouldn't have noticed this offer otherwise0
