Telewest for phone tv and Broadband

Hi have been reading all the threads on prices for NTL and Telewest, This is from our last bill, which really P*(***d me off as everything seems to have gone up by about 50p every couple of months, when I first did Martins Budget our costs were £40, now they've gone to £42.99

I've looked on their website at the 3 for £30, but dont get evening and weekend talk on that option, is it worth, (obviously it is ) me ringing and saying we're getting a set top box and what can they do to cut the bills and keep talk evening and weekends.

Not done this before though, but need to cut this bill by some considerable amount. Whats the best thing to do?
