Which new phone?

Looks like I urgently need to get a new mobile (grrrrrrrrr). I'm confused already

Please could someone recommend a no "bells & whistles", cheapish, mobile phone? I'm with Orange and don't want to change tariff (OVP Virgin equivalent) so I just need a handset that I can put my Orange SIM into - no contract attached.

I don't really need a camera phone, as I generally just use my mobile for emergencies.

Please, please, please could you tell me where to start my search and a good place to buy.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
RoCas

    £29.99

Or have a look on Ebay

Or TJ's are doing a Sagem for £20:

A couple of things to think about:

    1. what's your budget?
    2. Style or functionality? Believe or not a lot of people will go for top end phones just as a symbolic thing, not because they actually are going to use half the features therein. Sorry, just had to say that.
    3. Do you take photos with your phone or would you be wanting to use it as a camera/send pics to friends?
    4. Are you likely to want internet access on your phone?
    5. Are you likely to be using your phone abroad?
    6. Do you have any special requirements? E.g large keys, large screen.

If you can post some of your answers to these it'll better help us to help you.

Also, visit this site so you can see what's available, also you can narrow down some choices depending on what you want, and it'll give you an idea of the current prices for these phones.

    Cheers and take care.

Thanks for your help, guys. Decided on and bought a Motorola L6 which has everything I need and lots that I don't but still at a good price.

    Cheers,
